Our robotics team, amidst the excitement of the new season's FIRST Robotics Challenge dubbed Crescendo, embarked on the meaningful task of naming our high school robot. With Crescendo's musical theme resonating deeply within us, we felt compelled to pay homage to someone whose dedication to music education has been both profound and inspirational. Thus, we proudly christened this year's creation "Brock24" in honor of Carlson High School and Shumate Middle School's esteemed music teacher, Mr. David Brockington. Mr. Brockington's passion and mentorship have left an indelible mark on countless students, many of whom are also members of our team, 6528 Terror Bytes. It's a privilege to dedicate our robot to you, Mr. Brockington, as a token of our gratitude for all that you do. Thank you for being a guiding light and shaping futures with your unwavering dedication and expertise. #WeRollAsOne
